'Contemplation' is an original linocut, printed in black onto cream Japanese Simili paper.
This print is based on my childhood memories of sitting on the swing in my garden, spending hours just staring up at the sky - until my mum shouted at me to come back into the house. This is an artistic interpretation, as in reality it was a metal swing in a suburban back garden, rather than a tree swing overlooking rolling hills!
This lino print is my original design, and is an open edition, signed and numbered by me as the artist.
